We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Supervisor to join a busy main dealership in the Ipswich area.
This is a key aftersales position offering real influence within the business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting revenue, improving processes, and ensuring warranty compliance across the site.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submission of warranty and goodwill claims
- Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly warranty performance
- Managing detailed records of claims, credits, rejections, and customer contributions
- Reviewing and improving warranty systems and internal processes
- Conducting site and claim audits with clear feedback and action planning
- Supporting managers and teams through coaching and training
- Communicating recalls, warranty updates, and process changes internally
- Liaising with manufacturers, repair partners, and internal departments
- Working within agreed KPIs to maximise claim recovery and reduce write-offs
Your Background & Skills
- Strong experience within a main dealer warranty role (Supervisor/Manager level preferred)
- In-depth understanding of manufacturer warranty standards and processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and improve standards
- Highly organised with strong analytical skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on revenue protection
- Professional, credible, and process-driven
