HOW IT ALL STARTED
Kevin Curtis founded ACS Recruitment Consultancy in 2005, with a clear aim: to provide a personal recruitment service that understood the needs of both employers and candidates in the automotive industry.
Kevin built the business around getting to know people, understanding their requirements and developing lasting relationships. Those principles remain at the heart of ACS today.
Stacey joins the family business
In 2009, Kevin's daughter, Stacey Hunt, joined ACS, bringing her customer service and supervisory experience to the team. Starting part time after having her first child, she moved into a full-time role in 2015 and is now a Director and Recruitment Consultant.
Stacey has helped shape the way ACS supports candidates and employers, building relationships, developing the company's recruitment practices and expanding its industry knowledge. Proud to be part of the family business, she brings an approachable manner and a commitment to looking after the people she works with.
Adam brings his experience to ACS
Kevin's son, Adam Curtis, joined the business in 2012, having gained experience in automotive main dealer sales and banking, including working with Volkswagen and HSBC.
Now Operations Director and Recruitment Consultant, Adam oversees the day-to-day running of ACS alongside his recruitment work. His understanding of business, focus on customer service and commitment to long-term relationships have helped develop the consultancy and broaden its recruitment services into new sectors.

From its beginnings in automotive recruitment, ACS has grown to support a wider range of businesses through ACS Talent Acquisition. Kevin's original vision continues through the family and the wider team: helping people find the right opportunities and businesses find the people they need.
