We are currently recruiting for an experienced Prestige Vehicle Technician to join a high-performing main dealership in Ruislip.

The Workshop
- 11 Technicians currently based at Ruislip
- Additional site with 13 Technicians
- Looking to recruit 2 Technicians
- Established, structured workshop environment
Salary & Benefits
- £36,000+ basic salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Uncapped weekly bonus
- Bonus paid once 85% productivity is achieved
- Strong earning potential for efficient, experienced technicians
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ main dealer experience
- Post-apprenticeship qualified or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and repair capability
- Experience working within a structured, manufacturer-led environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
