An established main dealer in Cheshire Oaks is looking to recruit 1–2 experienced Vehicle Technicians to join its highly stable and long-standing workshop team.
The site currently employs 16 Technicians and 5 Apprentices, with several technicians having been with the business for 25+ years, highlighting the supportive culture and excellent staff retention.
Working Hours & Shift Options
The business is currently trialling a 4-day working week, which can be made permanent with additional technicians onboard.
Standard Shift Pattern
- Start: 8:00am or 8:30am
- Finish: 4:30pm or 5:00pm
Saturday Rota
The Role
- Servicing and repair work to manufacturer standards
- Vehicle inspections and identifying additional work
- Working closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
- Maintaining high levels of efficiency and quality
- Contributing to a positive and professional workshop environment
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Vehicle Technician from a dealership or busy workshop
- Level 3 qualification preferred (strong experience considered)
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Earnings
- £28,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Strong, achievable bonus structure
- Technicians earning up to £60,000 OTE
- High performers regularly achieving significant monthly commission
