Trainer / Business Coach / Speaker

Salary: £50k basic with £60k OTE
Full time permanent employed role (This is not for contractors)
Our client, a fast paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading training company helping thousands of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs build, grow, and scale their businesses.
Located in Essex, this high performing company heavily invest in their staff development and are now looking to increase their Speaker and Coaching team due to significant growth in demand.
This new role is pivotal in the next phase of the company’s growth, supporting their continued expansion across the UK and looking to take the business international. As a Speaker and Business Coach, you will be one of the faces of the company and be an integral part of the company’s growth by delivering structured content from stage, 1-2-1 with entrepreneurs and in group sessions.
Full training on content, agenda and programs will be provided as well as huge personal development opportunities to increase your skill set around coaching, speaking, stage work and presenting.
Must have primary skills:
- Presentation and Stage skills. The ability to teach, entertain, and speak to entrepreneurs and business owners in multiple disciplines.
- Ability to lead a room and deliver/follow structured content with energy and charisma.
- The ability to coach and inspire clients to act.
- Positive mindset, motivational skills and language.
- Flexible communication skills to talk to all types of audiences (social styles, and economics).
- Performance based mindset.
Must have experience:
- Proven experience coaching, training and/or speaking from stage (not theory — you must have done it)
- Worked for or collaborated with Coaching and Training organisations or had a successful Training career within a corporate environment, speaking to large groups.
- Relevant business growth knowledge and experience from a career in sales, marketing and/or training.
