Monday to Friday (08:00 – 18:00) 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 – 13:00)

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Leading front of house reception team of 4 to achieve manufacturing & company KPI including customer service objectives.
- Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the service department.
- Booking in vehicles for work to be carried out.
- Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
- Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
- Cross selling customer repairs and parts.
Your background & skill:
- Keyloop/Drive experience an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a busy, pressured environment is essential.
- Technical skills and experience are essential.
- Well-presented and hold excellent interpersonal organisational skills.
