The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Sidcup.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
- Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
- Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
- Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
- Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion
Your Background & Skills
- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
- Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience
