Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieving agreed sales targets for new and used vehicles.
- Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the dealership CRM system.
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
- Responding promptly to telephone, online and showroom enquiries.
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest vehicle specifications and finance products.
- Promoting finance, insurance and value-added products where appropriate.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Your Background & Skills
- Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process and consistently achieve targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, professional and customer-focused.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
