We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in the Basingstoke area.

The Package
- £30,000 basic salary
- OTE circa £33,000
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Permanent, full-time position
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring both retail and trade customers receive the right parts efficiently and professionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and supplying correct parts to customers
- Supporting both retail and trade enquiries
- Assisting with goods in, stock control, and warehouse duties
- Receiving, checking, and allocating parts and consumables
- Supporting stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Promoting relevant offers and upselling where appropriate
- Building strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers
About You
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
- Confident using dealer management systems (experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Customer-focused and professional at all times
