MOT Tester – Main Dealer

From £34k depending on experience, OTE £45k
Full-time | Permanent | Mon–Fri (8am–6pm) + 1 in 6 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm
The Role
We’re looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join a prestige main dealer workshop in Watford.
Duties
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
- Complete vehicle inspections, servicing and minor repairs
- Record all work accurately and update Service/Workshop teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Keep training and industry knowledge up to date
Requirements
- Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence
- Previous MOT testing experience (main dealer or independent)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with good communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
