Monday to Friday | 08:00am – 6:00pm | No Weekend Work
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a large and established Aftersales operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has spent at least two years in a similar leadership role and is confident managing a sizeable team, driving departmental performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for a team of approximately 35 staff, with a strong focus on leadership, productivity, profitability and the overall performance of the Aftersales department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an Aftersales team of approximately 35 employees.
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the department.
- Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators and financial targets.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise individual and departmental performance.
- Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and workshop performance.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives.
- Ensure all operational, compliance and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Deal confidently with customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
Your Background & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Aftersales Management role.
- Proven experience managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales team.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive departmental performance.
- Excellent understanding of Aftersales operations, KPIs and profitability.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a large team.
- Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach.
