I'll start by saying I'd highly recommend Adam over at ACS Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. From the start of the recruitment process Adam made it clear that he was there to guide my recruitment journey with professionalism. His support and communication ensured that I was kept up-to-date regularly which helped control the nerves and excitement of going for a new job. Adam also humanised the whole process by showing an understanding of what it was like to apply for a new role while still in employment - he wasn't annoyed when I missed his phone calls because I was in a meeting, or when I could only message him back at the end of the working day; he did his best to arrange my interviews during hours that would work around my old job without putting any strain on me and generally did his part to make the whole process manageable!
