We’re recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a dealership in Canterbury. If you’re organised, approachable and enjoy the buzz of a busy service department, this could be your next move.
You’ll help customers from their first booking through to collecting their vehicle, making sure they understand the work required and keeping them informed along the way.
What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

Listening to customer concerns and passing clear information to the workshop.

Providing estimates, explaining recommended work and gaining authorisation.

Keeping customers updated on progress and collection times.

Working closely with technicians and the parts department to keep jobs moving.

Preparing invoices and explaining completed work when customers collect their vehicles.
What we’re looking for:
Motor trade experience is essential. Previous Service Advisor experience would be particularly useful, along with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a friendly, practical approach.
You’ll be comfortable juggling bookings, calls and customer enquiries while making sure everyone receives a helpful, professional service.
