This is a key hybrid role, ideal for someone who thrives both in a customer-facing environment and within the workshop. You’ll act as the vital link between the front-of-house Service Advisors and the Service Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding customer service.

About the Role:
As an all-rounder, you'll be responsible for allocating work to technicians efficiently, monitoring workshop progress, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards. At the same time, you’ll be front-of-house, supporting service advisors and dealing directly with customers to deliver a professional and informed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute and manage workload across the workshop team

  • Monitor job progress, ensuring quality and timely completion

  • Liaise between Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Service Manager

  • Support front-of-house operations by advising and updating customers

  • Help manage job cards, invoicing, and customer follow-ups

  • Ensure workshop targets and KPIs are met or exceeded

  • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller role

  • Strong understanding of workshop operations and front-of-house service

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Customer-focused with a professional approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

  • Experience with Pinnacle DMS would be highly desirable, but not essential

What We Offer:
