Experienced Car Dealership Service Advisor
Location: Wokingham
Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + £2,000 increase post accreditation
Bonus: Up to £9,300 + Service Plan Incentives
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am–6pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 2pm
Are you a seasoned Service Advisor looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing team? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy dealership where no two days are the same.
This is not a trainee role – we need someone who can hit the ground running. With 10–20 customers per day per advisor and up to 40 customers being seen in total, this is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and delivers top-tier customer service every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in through to vehicle handover
- Managing a busy diary of service appointments with minimal downtime
- Using RTC and Keyloop systems to maintain accurate job cards and service histories
- Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication and timely updates
- Working closely within a team of 6 Advisors, reporting to the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership
- Confident in using dealer management systems (RTC/Keyloop experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
