Title: Service Administrator
Location: St Albans
Salary: £27,500
Permanent/Full Time
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, very rare Saturday work (8am-1pm) with plenty of notice
Our client, a Franchised vehicle dealership in the St Alban’s area, is currently looking for a Service/Prep Centre Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To ensure all prep centre administration work is completed to the highest standard
- Liaise with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at the promised time.
- To maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehicles
- To accept delivery of all New and Used Vehicles, carry out necessary checks (damage, paperwork etc.)
- Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Background/Skill:
- Experience as an Administrator or experience within a customer service role.
- You will need to be a good communicator and have excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft packages etc)
- Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous.
