£25,000 basic + OTE £55,000 + company car
Full-time | Permanent | Monday–Saturday (5-day working week, 8:30am–6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5am Saturday)
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving fantastic sales results and enjoying a rewarding commission structure.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to handover and beyond

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, accessories, and finance options

Confidently discuss and promote add-on products and services

Attend regular training to keep up to date with brand and product knowledge
About You

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade or car dealership environment

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets

Confident working both face-to-face and over the phone
-
Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
