Full-time | Permanent | 45 hours per week | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Advisor to join a successful franchised car dealership in Warrington.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the parts department — supplying parts to both customers and workshop technicians, maintaining stock accuracy, and providing first-class customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, locate, and supply the correct vehicle parts for customers, trade, and workshop teams

Sell and upsell parts, accessories, and manufacturer promotions

Receive, record, and allocate parts deliveries from suppliers

Support regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and manufacturers

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
Your Background & Skills

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a car dealership or motor trade environment

Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills

Experience using dealer management systems (preferred)

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple requests

Confident, proactive, and a team player

Full UK Driving Licence preferred
