High Ticket Events Sales Executive

Salary: £110,000 - £130,000 genuine earning potential and above

Location: Events mainly held in Essex with Head Office located of Chelmsford (Hybrid working when not working events)

Hours: Flexibility needed around events but mainly Monday to Friday with rare but some weekend working

Our client, a fast paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading Property & Business Training provider.  

They are dedicated to helping new and existing property entrepreneurs and developers to accelerate their success through world-class training, mentorship, property portfolio strategies, tools and resources.

This is a sales consultant position for individuals who are confident in face-to-face sales and eager to work in a dynamic event setting. You will be engaging with motivated prospects at high-energy training events, helping them take the next step in their journey to financial freedom by enrolling in premium mentorship programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with attendees at live events to understand their aspirations and challenges.
  • Guide prospects through mentorship options, helping them understand how these programs can support their goals.
  • Enrol customers onto mentorship packages and manage their payment plans, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey.
  • Build strong rapport and guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
  • Follow up with leads post-event to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with coaching and sales teams to refine sales strategies and improve results.

Skills, Experience and Attitude needed:

  • Fully committed and prepared to take this on as your primary focus.
  • Willing to put in the effort and perseverance needed to achieve success.
  • A strong background in consultative, high-value sales, preferably in live event settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with potential clients in a compelling way.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • Coachable and willing to learn a proven sales process.  
  • Passion for helping people change their lives through education and mentorship.
  • Care more about the client than the sale, ensuring the right fit for each individual.
  • Ability to work weekdays, with some evening and weekend availability. Most events take place on weekdays, but there may be occasions requiring evening and weekend work.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
