General Sales Manager – Main Dealership
Location: Worthing
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE, OTE Based on a % of Bottom Line Profit
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm - Day off in the week

We are looking for a General Sales Manager to join our clients busy main dealership – someone who can lead from the front, motivate a team, and consistently push for results.
Whether you’re an experienced Sales Manager looking for your next challenge or an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager ready to step up, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the sales team to exceed targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Driving performance through strong motivation and team development
- Managing stock, pricing, and margin to positively impact the bottom line
- Working closely with senior management to ensure operational excellence
- Setting the tone and standard on the showroom floor
