Customer Account Manager
Salary: Up to £30,000
Base: Chelmsford (Fully office based role)
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK’s leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow, and scale the business.
They are looking for a customer centric individual who has a proven ability to build strong and lasting relationships to join their Customer Account Management team.
As a Customer Account Manger, your primary responsibility is to ensure high value clients receive the highest level of support and assistance throughout their coaching and training journey, whilst meeting important company targets. You will play a vital role in nurturing client relationships, addressing their needs, and guiding them towards the resources and services on offer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prioritise the booking of customers to coaching and training events and maximise the attendance rate.
- Host important discovery and onboarding meetings with customers by zoom to deliver an exceptional start to the clients journey.
- Nurture client relationships to develop trust and engagement to the services on offer.
- Manage the program available to clients.
- Demonstrate ownership of the key performance of your area.
Your Background & Skill:
- You need to have experience in a Customer Account Manager or similar role. This could be from industries such as recruitment, training, coaching, adverting or other industries where consistent client engagement and customer service is key to repeat business.
- You need to be able to deliver high quality client support and account management.
- You need to thrive on meeting sales targets.
- You need strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- You need strong organisational skills.
- You need to be able to take ownership and accountability of your area and clients.
