Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00am–4:00pm
The Role
Our client, a prestige main dealer in Watford, is on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join their successful and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a luxury brand, build strong customer relationships, and enjoy excellent earning potential.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Achieving agreed new and used vehicle sales targets
- Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details
- Handling customer queries and complaints to meet customer and company standards
- Responding to enquiries from new and existing customers
- Developing and maintaining specialist knowledge of the prestige brand’s vehicles
Your Background & Skill:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
- Ability to follow an established sales process to achieve targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
