Aftersales Advisor (Parts/Service)
£26-29k Plus OTE

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am–6:00pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 1pm
Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Preparing repair estimates from eVHCs
• Picking & ordering parts
• Upselling repair work
• Tyre stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks).
• Oil stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks).
• Workshop consumable ordering
• Progress updates & Preparing
• Loading digital service records-Liaising with customers
Your background & skill:
• 2 years main dealer parts or service experience.
• Knowledge of Kerridge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
