Vehicle Technician - Somerset

Our client, a volume, franchised dealership in the Yeovil area of Somerset is looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician & Vehicle Diagnostic Technician to join their busy Service Department in one of the best workshops in the area. The salary on offer is extremely competitive, is based on your experience, and comes with a bonus scheme.

Skills & experience:

• City and Guilds or NVQ Automotive Servicing and Repair Level 3/4
• Ability to work within time frames. 
• Active Smart Card.
• Experience working within the workshop is essential.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence. 

Key responsibilities:

• This role will include all levels of technical works; from servicing to major engine work to diagnostic. 
• Diagnose, repair & test faults on vehicles as required.
• Adhere to manufacturer procedures and processes.
• Part of a team and mainly bring a high attention to detail

• Working Hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 with 30 minutes for lunch. Every other Saturday 08.30 – 12.30.
• 22 days holiday per annum.
