Sales Administrator - Hampshire

Our Main Dealer client are looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team based in Portsmouth. The salary on offer is £24k - £26k DOE along with a £500 achievable bonus.    

• Do you have a stable career history as a Vehicle Sales Administrator in a main dealership or do you have other administration experience within a dealer environment which would transfer across?
• Do you have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills?
• Are you able to work to tight deadlines? 

Job Description

This is an exciting, fast paced and challenging opportunity to provide administrative support to the sales team and Management within the dealership.

The role will consist of:

• Concentrating on new and used cars for this dealership;
• Stock control;
• Vehicle taxation/registration;
• Invoicing;
• General administration duties for the team of Sales Executives
• Working hours are 40 hours Monday to Friday with slightly flexible start and finish times.

This position only suits candidates who have a stable and solid career history within the Motor Trade as a Sales Administrator or in another administration position with transferable systems experience. You must be enthusiastic, friendly and helpful at all times and in return you will be working for a very highly respected group and brand with excellent prospects and security.
