Motorcycle Assessor
£25k to £30k per annum

Monday to Friday (7.30am – 5pm)
Our client, a motorcycle specialist who provide an unparalleled range of insurance and assistance services to insurers and brokers are looking for a Motorcycle Assessor to join their growing company.
Your primary role is to carry out motorcycle inspections, making initial assessments and decisions regarding suitability to repair and determining the correct claim route.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect vehicles, to determine the correct claim route.
- Assign correct salvage categories to vehicles.
- Valuing vehicles in line with current market and/or industry standard retail guides.
- Conducting tasks within the parameters of insurer client guidelines, including settlement amount vs policy value.
Your Background & Skill:
- Strong knowledge of the motorcycle industry, including sales values and basic claims & repair processes.
- Proven customer service skills.
- An understanding of IT systems, such as Proclaim and Microsoft Excel.
- You are efficient in your work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
