Job Description
As a Parts Advisor for this company you will be providing support to the sales and warehouse team, dealing with enquiries from potential customers through to orders, developing knowledge of the products on sale through study of internal literature and systems. You will be assisting with the product movement in the warehouse as well as stock in and out using the in house systems.
To successfully apply for this role you will need to have a strong and stable career history within the motor industry in a parts department or motor factor and be familiar with working in all areas from sales to inbound/outbound parts.
You will need to have excellent sales knowledge, communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner coupled with the ability to identify a customers needs in respect of enquiries and orders, and be able to up sell products.
Reliability and commitment play a vital factor in this position, and our client is looking for a strong character who is not afraid to put in the hard work and effort to gain the reward.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm – flexibility required *No weekends* 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
