Car Sales & Handover Specialist - Essex

Our client, a Used Car Dealership in the Harlow area is currently looking to recruit a Car Sales & Vehicle Handover Specialist to join their growing team. The basic salary on offer is £20k, and an OTE of £35k.

Your main task will be providing all enquiries received within one hour a quality video of the vehicle including a description of the added value our client provides in terms of their unique selling points, whilst building an emphatic relationship with the customer by re-enforcing what a great choice they have made. 

You will also be responsible for:

• The loading of GAP warranty & other administration 
• Ensuring vehicles are in the correct condition for delivery with all paperwork & documentation in the vehicle along with it being correctly sanitised.
• Dealing with all collections & when necessary planning and updating customers on home deliveries
• Dealing with site appointments for customers. Maximum 3 per day either booked from calls passed through from the telesales department or walk ins where they have a spare slot that day to deal with them.

Working hours will be based on a 5 day - 6 day rota including weekends & fully complete all tasks on each day if this requires you to stay later in the day this will be required.
