Warranty Claims Administrator - Middlesex

We have a Truck Main Dealer client in the Heathrow area looking for a Warranty Claims Administrator to join their busy team.

They are paying a salary in the region of £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience and the working hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Your duties would be as follows:

• To complete Warranty and R&M claims on the Manufacturer Systems, using correct details supplied on the jobcard within manufacturer timescales.
• To complete retail invoices to the customer ensuring their processes are followed i.e. gaining Order Numbers and online authorisation where applicable.
• To process claims and invoices for other branches within 36 hours of receipt where possible.
• To deal with any invoice query efficiently and timely and respond back to the accounts team with a full update.
• To maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards & manufacturers guidelines.
• To maintain invoice filing by job number.
• Attend any training course as deemed necessary by the Admin / Service Manager
• To undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required. These may include liaising with customers, working outside normal hours, supervising and instructing trainees, acting as Service Receptionist, etc.
• To enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
• To comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures
