Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 / 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30 – 12:30

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicating with other department teams, such as the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
• Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
• Completing work is completed with the agreed time frames, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
• Attending internal/external training, as and when required.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.

Your background & skill:

• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician/Service Technician/MOT Tester within the Motor Trade (4 years +).
• Level 3 NVQ Qualified.
• Main dealer experience is ideal but not necessary.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
