Vehicle Delivery Driver - Essex

Our client is a fast growing independently owned used car dealership in the SS postcode of the Essex area looking for a Vehicle Delivery Driver to join their team! The salary on offer is £25k-£30k Basic.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 18.00, however the desire/flexibility to work Saturday when required or needed would be preferential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. We require someone who holds a trailer licence in addition to a full UK driving licence. This is a must so please do not apply if you do not have a trailer license and a full UK driving license.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduled vehicle deliveries are ready to be loaded and transported.
• Transport of vehicles safely and in a timely manner to end destinations.
• Provide customers with any relevant paperwork and a brief introduction to their car maintaining the utmost professionalism and attentiveness at all times.
• Ensuring company vehicles are maintained, fuelled and looked after reporting any defects or safety related items to the Workshop.
• Ad-hoc collection and delivery of vehicle parts in the local area.
• Any other reasonable duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the business where required
