Used Car Buying Administrator - Essex

Circa £25,000 depending on experience - Regional Roles

Our client, an independent car dealership in the Chelmsford area is currently recruiting for a Used Car Administrator to join their increasingly busy team. 

  • Hours: 45hrs per week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, alternative Saturdays 8am to 6pm)
  • A typical day:
  • Assisting the Buying team with all vehicles received from and sent to our external auction houses;
  • Support the Senior Buying with the purchasing invoices;
  • Support the Buying team with general admin duties

 

  • The ideal candidate:
  • Experience working within the motor trade;
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc):
  • High attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisation skills to deal with a large administration workload;
  • Friendly expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A flexible approach to work duties with a willingness to learn;
