Duties & Responsibilities:

• Your key objective will be to drive the performance of the parts department in order to ensure that excellent customer service is provided and all financial targets are achieved.
• Ensuring that all customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
• Answering customers queries and questions regarding any technical problems, warranties and repairs.
• Carrying out stock takes and maintaining an inventory.
• Inspecting any items for quality or damage.
• Manage, understand and perform to all department KPI’s.
• Managing staff through effective appraisals, performance management and coaching.

Your Background & Skill:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager within the motor trade essential for this role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work towards deadlines.
• You hold a keen eye for detail and the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Confident and professional.
