Telesales Executive - Essex

£16,000 to £20,000 (Basic salary) + OTE £30,000 (uncapped commission) - Non Main Dealer - Call Centre/Customer Care

Our client, a fast-growing motor dealership based in Harlow have a strong proposition to offer and are seeking enthusiastic and experienced candidates to sell that proposition through their call centre department and convert enquiries in to deals.

Here is a snap shot of what your daily duties include:

- Converting Inbound enquiries in to appointments.
- Sell finance preposition over the phone and take deposits on calls.
- Making outbound telephone calls and follow up leads.
- Multi Channel activity throughout – using emails, live chat to convert leads within an agreed SLA.
- Updating customer database using CRM system.
- Work within FCA regulated environment. (Training will be provided)

They like their team to work well with a hands-on approach and positive mindset with “Can-Do Attitude”.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous Call Centre – Sales / Customer services (upsell or cross selling experience) essential.
  • Proficient computer skills with good typing speed.
  • Motivated, energetic and goal oriented.
  • Great closer and ability to think quick on your feet.
  • Disciplined and an achiever.
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • Great with team and customers, good rapport builder.
  • Good Car/Van knowledge desired but not essential.

Working hours are 5 out of 7 days on rota basis (Monday to Sunday).
