Our client is a franchised dealership in the GU postcode area of Surrey is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Reception Manager to head up their team of Service Advisors. The basic salary on offer is £30k with a £42k OTE.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a leading dealer group with the chance to progress on to Service Manager in the future. This dealership is looking for a candidate with strong people management skills from a customer service background. You should be driven and focussed with the enthusiasm to push the Service Department forwards. Working within this team you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and bring a real difference to the level of service customers' receive.

Your role

As Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for Managing the Service Reception team. You will create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by the Company by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. You will also ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public and will maximise service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products.

Your profile

You will possess a proven track record in the management of a customer service department, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the service arena. You will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the service department.

Proven excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong IT literacy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.

In order to be considered for this role you must have at least 3 plus years' experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership.
