Service Advisor - Surrey

One of our clients, a prestige, well-respected main dealer group in the Surrey area are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Advisor.  Offering a basic of £25k with an of OTE £40k.

Job Description

Working as a Service Advisor you will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner. 

Ensuring that you:

• Respond positively to customer telephone enquiries relating to service and repairs.
• Ensure vehicles will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer accordingly.
• Answering customers' questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and without excessive technical jargon.
• Checking all documents for accurate completion, maintaining all customer records.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm.
