Our client, a franchised main dealer group in the Berkshire and South London area is currently looking to recruit a Sales Performance Manager to support and assist Senior Management in the running of the multi site business. You will help manage the Sales departments of 6-7 volume brand sites, travelling around different sites on a daily basis. The basic salary on offer is Circa £40k, with an OTE of £60k and it's a Monday to Friday role. 

Ideally you need to be based close to the South West London area with easy connecting routes to all South London locations as well as Surrey and Berkshire areas. 

You will need to be someone who is very methodical, detailed and great with IT, KPI’s and reporting. Our client's ideal candidate will be from a main dealer Sales Manager or Sales Controller background.

Main Purpose Of The Job

  • To work with Sales departments to achieve targeted performance in all areas and reach the required level of profitability.
  • To help ensure KPI’s are reached at all Sales departments.
  • To produce reports, KPI’s and any requested information in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • To ensure daily, weekly and monthly key data is analysed, reviewed and collated for all Sales departments and reported to Brand Manager and Head Office.
  • Regular conversations with Brand Manager and sites to establish a good working relationship.
  • To help the Sales Departments operate in an efficient and helpful manner, with the aim of providing total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure you adhere to the Group FCA process for compliance and training.
  • To work as a member of the brand sales team and to support the Sales Management in all areas as requested.
  • To work closely with all Managers in the Sales Department and advise them of any changes or amendments to policies or procedures.
  • To develop and maintain own knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act legislation, financial product ranges, and consumer offers on an ongoing basis.
  • To assist sites in achieving the required CVS programme scores and mystery shop scores as specified by the manufacturer
  • Manage stock ordering and Demonstrator fleet requirements.
  • To provide timely and accurate information on request to the Brand Manager and Head Office.
  • To have very good IT and Excel skills to generate all reports required.
  • Develop skills with various IT platforms and have the ability to train new staff members as required.
  • To represent the best interests of the Company, acting with due skill, care and diligence at all times.
  • To provide a level of service to our customers ensuring that the Company achieves the highest rating of customer satisfaction (in order to generate repeat business).
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements and environmental policies.
  • Adhere to all Company policies as detailed in the Company Handbook.
  • To maintain the Company car allocated and to ensure that it is always in a clean and saleable condition. No personal items shall be left in any Company demonstrator.
  • To safeguard all company assets within your control.
  • To maintain a professional personal appearance in line with Company policy.
  • To maintain your work area in a clutter free and presentable manner, playing due diligence to GDPR regulations.
  • Any additional duties that may from time to time be required by the Company which are deemed to be within the scope of the employee.

Performance Measures

  • Compliance with dealership, Manufacturer and FCA procedures.
  • Achieve the Sales Department’s targeted objectives including unit volumes, bonus programs and profitability.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am - 6pm
