Sales Enquiry Manager - Suffolk

Our client, a large dealer group, has an immediate requirement for a Sales Enquiry Manager in the Ipswich area of Suffolk. The basic salary on offer is £30k, plus bonus.

To be suitable you need to have the following: 

• Extensive Sales Manager/Transaction Manager experience within a car main dealer.
• Have the ability to manage the customer leads process effectively.
• Experience in man management and training of the sales team. 
• A great understanding of dealership F&I requirements.

Basic Job Description of a Sales Enquiry Manager

You will be tasked with the following:

• Manage all incoming customer leads and distribute them effectively throughout the sales team.
• Coach and train the sales team to make the most out of every sales enquiry.
• Manage the F&I side of the sales department.
• Work closely with other members of the management team to make sure all processes are implemented and followed. 
• Help the sales team to achieve targets on Sales, Profit and Customer Satisfaction.
