Sales Enquiry Handler - West Sussex

Our client, a franchised dealership in the RH postcode area of West Sussex is currently recruiting for 2 Sales Enquiry Handlers to join their Sales team. This is a brand new position for the Company to be recruiting for and they are looking for a true star who is looking to join somewhere they can build a career for themselves. The basic on offer is £25k with a £37k OTE.

To successfully apply for this role, you need to have a bubbly and outgoing personality, and ideally be from a Sales background.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling initial customer enquiries, either by telephone or email within 30 minutes
• Qualifying and logging the enquiry 
• Handing the enquiry over to the Sales Executive to handle the actual sale of the vehicle, agreeing the finance package etc..

• Full training will be provided.

Working hours:

A 5 day working week based on a rota shared between the 2 Enquiry Handlers

• Week 1: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
• Week 2: In on the Saturday (8.30am to 6pm), and Sunday (10am to 4pm) plus 3 other days and you will received 2 days off in the week.
