Recruitment Resourcer - Essex

We are currently searching for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our family run Automotive Specialist Recruitment Consultancy. We are based in the Rettendon area of Essex and we would suggest you need a Driving Licence and transport to get to us easily.

Our ideal candidate will first of all have Automotive Industry experience, preferably from a main dealership background, to understand the requirements of our clients. We are also considering candidates with previous recruitment experience. If you have neither or these, but have the traits below, we still want to hear from you as we can offer training. 

The traits we will be looking for are:

• Ability to multi task
• A high level of computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

A normal day will be made up with the following tasks:

• Using CV / candidate databases to find suitable candidates relevant to our industry and live vacancies
• Calling candidates / applicants to screen them for suitability to roles (current or upcoming)
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about a role
• Writing job adverts and posting them online (job-boards, social media etc.)
• Keeping our client database up to date with relevant contacts and contact details
• Answering the office phone and handling incoming enquiries from candidates and clients

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday’s 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Salary will be circa £20,000-25,000 depending on experience.
