Recruitment Resourcer - Essex

We are currently searching for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our family run Automotive Specialist Recruitment Consultancy. We are based in the Rettendon area of Essex and we would suggest you need a Driving Licence and transport to get to us easily.

Our ideal candidate will first of all have Automotive Industry experience, preferably from a main dealership background, to understand the requirements of our clients. We will also consider candidates with previous recruitment history, if you are able to grasp the demands of a new industry quickly.

Other traits we will be looking for are:

• A friendly, bubbly personality
• A confident telephone manner
• Highly organised with a logical mind
• A high level of computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

A normal day will be made up with the following tasks:

• Using CV / candidate databases to find suitable candidates relevant to our industry and live vacancies
• Calling candidates / applicants to screen them for suitability to roles (current or upcoming)
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about a role
• Writing job adverts and posting them online (job-boards, social media etc.)
• Keeping our client database up to date with relevant contacts and contact details
• Answering the office phone and handling incoming enquiries from candidates and clients

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday’s 8.30am to 4.30pm.

Salary will be circa £18,000-22,000 depending on experience.
