Our client, a Vehicle Dealership in the CM postcode area of Essex is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Recruitment Officer to join their site. The salary on offer is up to £27k based on experience.

This role will be responsible for the processing of our monthly payroll, including collating and cross checking the information provided by each department and liaising with our external Accountants. You will also be responsible for the initial stages of the recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies, collating CV’s and speaking with potential applicants over the phone.

About You:

  • Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential;
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews ideal;
  • Experience in processing payrolls, with an understanding of payroll software packages including SAGE essential;
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone;
  • Able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines;
  • A flexible approach to work;
  • Excellent numeracy skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective time management skills;
  • Pro-active and self-motivated;

Hours: 40hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm OR 9am to 6pm)
