Motorcycle Parts Sales Administrator/Advisor - Surrey

£27-30k depending on experience - Parts

Our client, a well known and respected Motorcycle Manufacturer are looking for a Motorcycle Parts Sales Advisor/Administrator to join their busy telephone based sales team. Paying a salary around £27-30k depending on experience they also offer other fantastic benefits which can be discussed at application stage.

  • Have you got Motorcycle/Engine Parts knowledge and experience?
  • Have you got excellent communication skills and able to provide fantastic service over the telephone?
  • Have you got fantastic computer/PC based skills and able to pick up new systems quickly?
  • Are you within a commutable distance of Woking and have a full clean driving licence?

You will be required to answer incoming email and phone order enquiries from their established dealer network, commercial customers and racing teams maximising the sales opportunities from these business partnerships and ensuring that the end customer receives the highest level of service in line with our company values. These initial communications primarily involve identifying parts for various Motor products, stock checking, order receiving and processing as well as providing access and clarification of processes for their bespoke online systems including but not limited to parts and accessories warranty and returns.

You will be expected to deal with a variety of customers and adapt accordingly to their individual requirements and expectations from the company. These varied relationships are formed from commercial agreements to end customer enquiries generated from e-commerce purchases.

You will also need to work closely with the companies logistics partners and colleagues in Europe to ensure a smooth transition of all the products from their European warehouses to the franchised dealer locations all over the UK.

You will need to show flexibility to support within other administration duties, helping other departments when workload is high, processing orders and updating systems.
