Management Accounts Assistant - Essex

Our client has an exciting career opportunity available to join their main dealer Accounts Department as an Management Accounts Assistant in the SS postcode area of Essex. The role involves:

• Preparing and submitting monthly Management accounts
• Trial balance sheet reconciliation
• Accruals And Prepayments
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• Calculating salary and commission
• Calculating and reconciling debtors
• Depreciation of Used and Demo stock
• Meeting with senior members of staff to review monthly accounts and discuss any possible amendments.
• Liaising and supporting members of staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Management Accounts Experience
• Knowledge and experience in using CDK/ Kerridge systems - This is essential. Those without this knowledge cannot be considered
• AAT Level 3 qualified (or equal experience)
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Math’s and English
• Motor trade experience (desirable not essential)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and work efficiently against deadlines.
• Flexible, willing to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm
