Head of Finance - Essex

Our client, a Car Dealership in the Chelmsford area of Essex is currently looking for an individual who has extensive knowledge of finance so ideally someone from a background such as a finance brokerage, someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals but also correct any errors to ensure they do not reoccur.  

You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 individuals.  

The ideal candidate:

• Experience within a financial background, ideally some motor trade experience;
• Proven management/leadership of a team experience;
• demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure;
• excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills;
• organised with the ability to manage conflicting demands;
• honest and respectful with a strong sense of integrity;
• possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use own initiative;

Hours: 45 hrs per week (Monday to Friday,  9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm)
