Our client, a car dealership in the Chelmsford area is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The salary on offer is £22k - £30k depending on your experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
  • Identify customer needs and offer any required support with their purchase;
  • manage the appropriate methods in obtaining feedback on overall customer experience and satisfaction;
  • Share overall customer feedback findings with the relevant colleagues;
  • Monitor customer issues via reviews and reach out to provide assistance;
  • Follow up with customers to ensure any outstanding issues are resolved;

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience within a similar role in the Motor Trade;
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, via email or chat;
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly;
  • Ability to think logically to provide answers to customer questions as well as resolutions for various issues;
  • Able to use own initiative and work independently;
  • Be clearly spoken, warm, empathetic and friendly with an approachable and professional manner;
  • Able to use Microsoft office packages to an experienced level

Hours: 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm)
