Car Sales Executive - Suffolk

Our client, a volume dealership in the Bury St Edmunds area is currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly self-motivated person with the ability to learn. The basic salary on offer is £15k, plus an uncapped OTE of £37k - £42k. The role comes with a Company Car and Fuel Allowance.

They are looking for a talented individual who is brilliant with people to join the team selling vehicles. This is a great opportunity to join a successful sales team and become part a growing business. You will need to have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with people and must have a real desire to make customers feel great.

Skills Desired:

• Excellent levels of professionalism and customer service.
• At least 2 years’ experience in main dealer car sales.
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Highly motivated and target driven, with a solid and proven sales track record.
• Ability to up-sell products and features, and be able to negotiate and close a sale.
• Committed, reliable and well presented.

This role is the main driving force for the success of the company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
