We have a fantastic client who are looking for an experienced Bodyshop/Workshop Controller/Manager to join their team. You will need to be past paced, able to multi task, able to manage a team very efficiently and be able to build a stable and hard working team. This is a night shift working 3.30pm to 2am.

You must have the following:

• Large Bodyshop Experience

• People management skills

• Ability to multi task

Job Description

Within this role you will be tasked with running a very busy and fast paced workshop. Your main role will be to manage and improve the productivity and efficiency of the workshop by man managing your productives. You will also be involved in recruitment, performance management, customer service, logistics, and Rota's.
