Aftersales/Customer Care Advisor - Essex

£20-25k Depending on experience - Service

Our client, an independent car dealership in the Harlow area is currently recruiting for an Aftersales/Customer Care Advisor to join their team. The basic salary on offer is £20k - £25k depending on your experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Administering any aftersales requirements from the sales team prior to hand over of the vehicle to the customer.
  • Ensuring that if the customer decides to use the click, call, home delivery service that the customer is well informed of the progress of their order and communicated on when their vehicle will arrive with them.
  • Being the point of contact for any queries or issues the customer may have following and in the lead up to taking receipt of their vehicle.
  • Obtaining and managing the Company public review platforms, such as Google all as part of the ongoing dialogue with all customers.
  • Administering the process should the customer have any warranty claims following purchasing a vehicle.
  • Supporting the workshop team as and when required with any administration/supportive tasks

Working Hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

Full training will be provided if needed on computer system infrastructure, with all round Office/Outlook and usual PC operating skills.
